Charity is kind indeed, so this should be an easy one. Now in this study we will not be covering what exactly scripture has to say about being kind. Though there will be some of that. The point of the study here is to show how kindness effects charity, for us to better understand what true charity is according to the word of God. As it is even commanded of us to be kind one to another in Christ...

Romans 12:10 KJV Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;

And yes this passage is with brotherly love. Notwithstanding this love is part of charity, without any dispute. However charity in a whole is more than just love or kindness as this is only the second part or aspect of charity.

1 Corinthians 13:4 KJV Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,
