Gospel Tract PDF - Does Jesus Know You?
Matthew 7:21 ¶ Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
The passage above is a fearful and sobering passage. It is used on the cover of this tract because it needs to be read. What it means is that there are "church-goers" who use the name of the Lord, and even cast out devils in his name...but yet the Lord does not know them! O how often do we meet people like this in our lives?? That is why this tract is our most popular and most used. The professing Christians need to have this wake up call. Inside the tract they will be face with:
I. Blind leaders of organized religion will lead them into a ditch
II. Reminded of the Ten Commandments and how that we are all sinners
III. The gospel of how Jesus died for us while we were in the middle of our filthy sins! And that he rose again, to give us the gift of salvation, not to be earned!
This is a simple tract that will, hopefully, lead people out of the church buildings, and trusting in their works, saying "Lord, Lord" when they aren't even saved!
**Remember that when passing out tracts, it is an opened door to SPEAK the truth. You should offer to talk about the scripture that are in tract instead of just leaving them with the tract. This is not always possible, but when it is, we should offer to speak the truth with boldness.
Ephesians 6:19 And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel, 20 For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.
