Homebirth Testimony (Benjamin)
The Lord Jesus kept his promise to us in I Timothy 2:15.
I Timothy 2:15 Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.
OUR TESTIMONY PROVES THE GODHEAD
We trust in God's word and obey him. My husband and I do not believe the "Trinity" teaching. If God was a Trinity...he would have surely made me suffer in childbearing (according to I Timothy 2:15) because we have both openly rebuked the Trinity teaching, even publicly. If God was a Trinity then we would be considered blasphemers and surely would have had some birthing complications. This is just another point to continuing in faith.
GLORY TO JESUS CHRIST, NOT TO US
In the video, you will hear we didn't do everything perfect. From not supporting the perineum to not salting the baby (Ezekiel 16:4) and some things in between. But that is when God is glorified the most, is it not?
II Corinthians 12:9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
Our testimony is special to us because it's ours. But it doesn't have any "wow" factors. We didn't have a miraculous "pain-free" birth (Isaiah 66:7-8) and no one was brought back from the dead, etc. It was pretty normal and without any complications. We praise Jesus for that.
Psalms 115:1 NOT unto us, O Lord, not unto us, but unto thy name give glory, for thy mercy, and for thy truth’s sake.
SHEEP COTE
While being in travail, in between contractions, Scotty started to take me out to the sheep cote to remind me how Mary gave birth in a place like this:

I didn't make it out of the door... I was happy to travail inside, within the comfort of our own home.
VIDEO TESTIMONY
We hope that our testimony of how the Lord Jesus helped us with the birth of our second child will bless you.
