What Does "Instant" Mean in the KJB?
2 Timothy 4:2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
This word has been recommended for me to study into for a long while. When I was able to get to studying it, I was glad to find how simple the meaning is if you compare scripture with scripture.
Remember,
1 Corinthians 2:12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
1 Corinthians 2:13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.
That is how the understanding for a word is found. By searching the scriptures, chewing on every word. Being diligent to study the word of God and labour fervently day and night.
Luke 18:7 And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them?
So please follow along in your own King James Bible as you watch this video. Thank you to all the brethren who have recommended words to study into.
