What Does "Privily" Mean In The KJB?
Proverbs 1:11 If they say, Come with us, let us lay wait for blood, let us lurk privily for the innocent without cause:
Privily, connected to private and secret. However, privily is not privately.

Something can be done privately without it being done privily.
